With over 25 years’ experience in highend construction and bespoke joinery, Neil founded Andira Ltd to deliver exceptional craftsmanship across the North West. His background in specialist joinery and complex project management underpins every build, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency from start to finish.
Neil leads the technical delivery of all projects, combining handson expertise with meticulous attention to detail. His commitment is simple: deliver outstanding results, on time and on budget, with integrity at the heart of every decision.
Zoe Pennington
Committed to Outstanding Service
Zoe brings over 20 years’ experience in customer service leadership within regulated financial services, where clarity, trust, and consistency were essential. At Andira, she applies this expertise to construction, shaping a client experience built on transparency, communication, and confidence.
